EventBrite Tickets

When are my Event tickets valid?


All tickets for San Francisco can be redeemed 11/5 - 11/7 regardless of which day you purchased. We segment days for capacity purposes but they are valid any day of the event in San Francisco. The same applies for any Sacramento tickets, valid 11/19-11/21/21




What if I cannot attend due to being sick or out of town? How do I receive my lift tickets?


Contact support@norcalskifest.com after the event has ended, and an Activation Code will be sent to you upon confirmation you were not able to use the EventBrite ticket. We will not be able to provide Activation Codes for those who missed the event until after that event has passed. If a friend or family member is attending the event, you may have them bring your ticket to receive the Activation Card in your absence.





Free Lift Tickets

Is my account from last year or previous years still active?


No. If you had made an account last season, or after previous season's festivals, those accounts have been cleared. All accounts this year will be new accounts. Please use the main Activation page at www.Norcalskifestactivation.com to create your account for the 2021/22 season.




What Dates are the Activation Process and Lift Tickets Available?


Your Activation Card may be redeemed anytime after you receive it and before December 31st, 2021. Once the Activation code is redeemed, you can print out your lift tickets and vouchers at any point during the 2021/22 Ski Season.




What is the Activation Process?


In order to activation your pass, please proceed to www.Norcalskifestactivation.com and enter the 8 digit code found on the back of the Festival Value Pack card you received when entering one of the festivals with a Powder or VIP Pass.
Once entered, click the button and proceed through the checkout process using a valid email address and the information needed for your voucher.
After you have completed the checkout process, you will be able to login to your account at www.Norcalskifestactivation.com/my-account/ and access your lift tickets my clicking on the Deals button.




Where/How do I access my Lift Tickets?


Your Lift Tickets and Free Rental Vouchers are located in the Festivals Deals section of your account at www.Norcalskifestactivation.com/my-account/festival-deals/ after you have activated a Festival Value Pack activation card from one of the 2021 Nor Cal Ski and Snowboard Festivals.




How do I redeem my Lift Tickets? Both Online and at Ticket Window


Once you've completed the Activation Process and have accessed your account deals on www.Norcalskifestactivation.com/my-account/festival-deals/ , you may then click on the Logo associated with each of your vouchers and either print and take the voucher to the lift ticket window or redeem on the resorts website.. depending on the voucher.
You will need to pay attention to the verbiage on each voucher you download. Some of the vouchers(Homewood and Palisades Tahoe) need to be redeemed on their websites and not at the ticket window.

Covid Policies

What is your mask policy?


Both our San Francisco and Sacramento event will require all patrons over the age of 2 to wear a mask when indoors and while not consuming food or beverage.




What is your vaccination policy?


At this time, our event at the Cal Expo Center is not requiring proof of vaccination or a negative test. You are still required to wear masks inside the venue.





Festival Days

What are the event times?


At each festival, we have three days of events: Friday Night Retail Sale A huge Ski & Board Gear sales starts everything. The open time is 6pm to 9pm in the evening, and you will be able to pick-up and purchase VIP and Powder Passes at that time. The Main Festival Floor with resorts and other booths and the Beer Tasting will not be available at this time. Saturday(main event day) We begin in the moring at 10am, with Beer Tasting beginning at Noon and lasting until 4pm. The event ends at 6pm, and includes the full Retail Sale area and the Main Festival Floor. Sunday(closing day) Sunday is a little later, beginning at 11am. Beer tasting is also from Noon to 4pm. The event on Sunday ends at 5pm, and includes the full Retail Sale area and the Main Festival Floor.




What are the dates of the 2021 Festivals?


In San Francisco, at Pier 35 we have the following dates: Friday November 5th - 6pm-9pm Retail Sale Opening Night Saturday November 6th - 10am-6pm Festival Day Sunday November 7th - 11am-5pm Festival Closing Day In Sacramento, at Cal Expo Center we have the following dates: Friday November 19th - 6pm-9pm Retail Sale Opening Night Saturday November 20th - 10am-6pm Festival Day Sunday November 21st - 11am-5pm Festival Closing Day
